: Ethical clearance for this study was obtained from the Cameroon National Ethics Committee for Research on Human Subjects (Ethical Clearance number N° 2014/12/530/CE/CNERSH/SP). Written assents from all parents or guardians of each children less than 16 years of age participating in this study were sought and obtained after explaining the risks during venepuncture, the benefits, and the right to refuse participation or to decline any question item.
