Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Regional Ethical Review Board in Stockholm approved data collection for SWEOLD 2014 (EPN Dnr 2014/1003–31/5). To link SWEOLD data with LNU data is part of this ethical approval. A relative (normally a spouse or an adult child) signed the consent form for participants who were physically or cognitively too impaired to sign the form at the time of the interview.
