Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was reviewed and approved by the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus human subjects institutional review board and the University of Nevada, Reno human subjects institutional review board. Oral consent rather than written consent was chosen for the study because it was deemed more culturally appropriate for participants. The oral consent method was approved by both review boards, and subsequently oral consent was obtained from all participants.
