Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical approval was obtained from Institutional Review Board of College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Bahir Dar University. Formal letter was given to Amhara Public Health Institute and Dangila District Health Office to obtain permission and cooperation. After briefing the purpose of the study a written consent was obtained from Dangila District Health Office and each of the study sites/facilities. At the proposal development and ethical clearance stages, the ethics review board approved to get a verbal informed consent from each stakeholder, considering that stakeholders that provide a written institutional consent can also be a study participant.
