Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All participants received information about the NGT before agreeing to participate in writing. They had an opportunity to ask questions of the researcher and speak with a family member/friend prior to deciding to participate. All participants were over 18 years of age and conversant in English. The study was approved by the Social Behavioural Research Ethics Committee at Flinders University (reference number 7747).
: Individual information in this article has been made confidential by the use of pseudonyms. At the NGT workshop, the research team discussed the notion of re-identifiable data due to the group setting, and the participants had a chance to withdraw their participant prior to the study based on this knowledge.
