Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board, Gothenburg, Sweden, ref. nr 473–15.Written information was given to eligible recruits, containing a short background of the study and information about the procedure. Emphasis was laid on the voluntary nature of participation in the study, and the respondents were informed that they could choose to terminate participation at any point without explanation. Consent to participate for test of reliability was given by filling out the questionnaire and for test of face validity by signing written informed consent.
