Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This research was undertaken as part of a PhD project, which comprised a pilot RCT and process evaluation of a multi-component workplace intervention in two UK workplaces. The doctoral study was granted ethical approval by Brunel University London research ethics committee (RE45–13). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
