Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The study protocol was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Walailak University. All procedures were performed in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. The subjects were informed about the study by the interviewers and were asked to take part in the survey. The interviewers asked the subjects for their verbal consent because no personally identifiable data were collected. For those aged 15–17, both the subjects and a parent (or guardian) were informed and asked for consent. Only those who consented were interviewed.
