Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study complies with the ethical principles of CTRI. Ethical clearance of the study was obtained from the institutional ethics committee of Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum. In baseline data collection, the details of the study were communicated participant information sheet was distributed to all teachers before the interview. Privacy was strictly maintained in administering the interview schedule and taking physical measurements. Confidentially of the information given has been strictly maintained. The same ethical procedure will be followed during the intervention and post-intervention survey period. Informed written consent was obtained before the interview and measurements.Current status of the study: This study was still ongoing when initially submitted.
