Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Both roadside surveys were approved by the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics in Norway: reference no.2014/437/REK sør-øst A (roadside survey in Finnmark) and reference no. 2015/2092/REK sør-øst A (roadside survey south-eastern Norway). Informed consent was obtained verbally by all participants in a procedure approved by the ethical committee. A representative from the research project signed the consent with his or her own name on behalf of the participant to protect the anonymity of the participant.
