Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study protocol 2006/2412/I was approved by the institutional ethics committee <i>(Comité Ético de Investigación Clinica del Instituto Municipal de Asistencia Sanitaria</i>). The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants in the intervention provided signed informed consent. With regard to the consent and the right to the information of the minor patient the article 5 of the Spanish Law 41/2002, of November 14 of Rights and Patient Information determines that the emancipated minor and the minor of 16 or more years have recognized legal capacity to decide. As for the minor of 16 with sufficent maturity, he or she can act autonomously in response to the act. All 16 minors were mature. Not emancipated younger minors’ (14 and 15 years old) consent was given and consent form was signed by the person having parental authority (father, mother or legal gardian).
