: This study obtained ethical approval from the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Office of Research and Innovation Institutional Review Board (IRB) (#HM20011245) and the University of Missouri – St. Louis (UMSLM) IRB (#1179371–2). Oral informed consent to participate was approved by both IRBs as the signature requirement would have been the only record linking the subject and the research, and a possible risk would have been potential harm resulting from a breach of confidentiality.
