Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval for the PROMOTE study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the Chemnitz University of Technology (TU Chemnitz), Faculty of Human and Social Sciences (V-099-17-HS-CVR-PROMOTE-03072015). All study participants gave their written consent to participate in the study. The PROMOTE study was retrospectively registered at the German Registry of Clinical Trials (DRKS00010052). The RTC interview study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Bremen. All participants provided their written consent to participate in the study.
