Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Written informed consent to participate in the survey was obtained from all adult participants and from mature minors (aged ≥15 years). Written informed consent was also obtained from a parent or guardian on behalf of participants aged below 15 years. All written consents were provided to participants in English or in Lukonzo (local language at the study setting) according to participant preferences. The protocol, informed consent forms and questionnaires in English and Lukonzo, were approved by the Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) Ethics Committee, and the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST).
