Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This research was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects (Brazil 2013 revision). This study was approved by the University of Sydney Human Research Ethics Committee and the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA). The University of Sydney Human Research Ethics Committee approved the procedure for obtaining verbal informed consent. The latter was deemed appropriate given all participants had already provided informed consent for, and were currently participating in, the main FISH study.FISH study trial registration: Australia New Zealand clinical trial registry identification number ACTRN12613000889752.
