Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Jimma University Institute of Health. Then, a permission letter was obtained from Jimma Zonal Health Department and each District Health Offices. Written informed consent was taken from each respondent before participation. All the study participants were above the age of 16, and there was no need to obtain informed consent from a parent or guardian for participants under 16 years old.
