Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Institutional Review committee of the University of Gondar, School of Pharmacy reviewed and ethically approved this study with an approval number of SOP286/2018. Written informed consent was obtained from each of the included participants, after the aims of the study were explained clearly. The collected data was kept anonymous and recorded in such a way that the identity of the involved patient could not be known. The exit interviews were conducted where a third party could not overhear questions and answers to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of clients. The information obtained from the study was not disclosed to the third party. Only coded numbers were used to identify study participants.
