: For the NPCD, a privacy regulation applies. This privacy regulation is compliant with the rules of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). NPCD is registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (nr. 1283171); all data were collected and handled according to the privacy protection guidelines of the Authority.This study does not fall within the scope of the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act and therefore does not require ethical approval. All participants of the NPCD participate on a voluntary basis. They have given written informed consent to use their answers for scientific research.
