Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The ethical issue of the research was approved by Ethics Review Committee of Pharmacy Department, Wollo University (CMHS 407/15/11, Additional file InternalRef removed) and an official letter of cooperation was written from Dessie health department to all public and private hospital found in Dessie town where the study was conducted (3/263/2012). During the data collection process the information collected from all physicians was kept in confidential. The name of physicians was coded in the data collection format. Written informed consent was obtained from all study participants before administering the questionnaire.
