Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethics approval for this study was granted by the University of British Columbia / Children’s and Women’s Health Centre of British Columbia Research Ethics Board (UBC C&W REB # H17–03332) and Uganda Cancer Institute Research Ethics Committee (UCIREC REF-02-2018). Written informed consent will be obtained by a CHW from all participants prior to participation. Verbal informed consent for survey participation will be obtained by either a CHW or a Research Assistant. Participants will be identified only by a unique study ID number on all documents. UCI REC requires yearly updates and any amendments are directly communicated with all stakeholders. See Additional files,andfor consent forms.
