Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study do not fall under the Swedish law (2003:460) regarding ethical vetting of research involving humans according to the Swedish Ethical Review Authority.The participants were informed about the aim of the study, confidentiality and voluntariness and gave their consent by filling out the questionnaire. Written information was given to their parent or legal guardian who were invited to inform the responsible teacher if they did not want their child to participate in the questionnaire survey.
