Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethics approval to conduct this research were obtained from the University of Melbourne’s Human Research Ethics Committee (ID 1545810.1 & 1750133.1). Participants of both the IDES survey and qualitative interviews were all 18 years or above with informed consent collected prior to each survey and interview. Participants were given the option to give verbal or written informed consent, with all participants opting for written consent.
