: The Communities for Healthy Living study, including the data collection and analysis for this study, was approved by the Boston College Institutional Review Board. All participants provided verbal consent before completing the interviews. The verbal consent procedure facilitated the phone interview process; consents were audio recorded alongside the rest of the interview. Verbal consent was approved by the ethics committee.
