Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethics approval for this mixed methods study was granted by the Defence Science Organisation - Singapore Armed Forces Institutional Review Board (DSO-SAF IRB) - reference number 0002/2019. The requirement for consent in the focus group component of the study was waived as the protocol did not concern personal data or health information. The requirement for consent in the survey component was also waived with a view to protecting the anonymity of participants. All participants involved in in-depth interviews, however, were required to provide written informed consent.
