: We obtained ethical approval from the University of Liverpool ethics committee before the study [Ref: 7626]. Participants provided verbal informed consent at the beginning of the study, which was audio recorded and approved by the ethics committee. Given the pandemic’s restrictions, and inability to collect data face-to-face, and many people from the participant group shielding and thus avoiding going to the post box, no written informed consent was required.
