: The project was reviewed and approved by the central institutional review board for the CAPriCORN network, the Chicago Area IRB. A waiver of informed consent and waiver of HIPAA authorization was granted. Data sharing agreements were signed by the Executive Directors for the regional HMIS entities and MRAIA. Institutions participating in this CAPriCORN project have existing data sharing and services agreements for de-identified and limited datasets between individual institutions and the data hub, MRAIA.
