: Interviewees were made aware that they could withdraw at any time without giving a reason. Verbal consent (rather than written consent) was obtained from every participant to protect the interviewees’ anonymity. All participants consented to interviews being recorded and for quotations to be reported anonymously. They provided their verbal consent for their anonymous comments to be used following an audio-recorded interview. This was provided before the interviews were conducted.
