: The study was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki, and approved by the Institutional Review Board of Sahmyook University (protocol code: 2–7001793-AB-N-012018113HR; date of approval: September 20, 2018). Because the IRB (reference number: 2–7001793-AB-N-01) waived the documentation signature requirement for an online survey, the elements of written informed consent was presented to participants online, and all participants gave informed consent to participate.
