The data presented in this paper were previously collected during the course of an evaluation of a program that aims to support partnerships to build community capacity to address trauma. The UCSD IRB determined that the secondary use of the data for research purposes presents no more than minimal risk to human subjects and qualified for review through the expedited procedure and for a waiver of informed consent.
