: The study adhered to the Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Study participation was voluntary and informed consent obtained from all participants. The interviews were transcribed with the principle of anonymity in mind and a confidentiality agreement was in place for the approved transcribing service used. All participants were provided compensation for their input in the form of gift vouchers, as per INVOLVE guidelines (NIHR, 2010). Approval was obtained from the Health Research Authority (HRA) and given favourable opinion by London - Fulham Research Ethics Committee (IRAS no: 203629).
