: Ethical approval for the study has been granted by the University of Lancaster’s Faculty of Health and Medicine Research Ethics Committee (Reference number: FHMREC19105). Consent of schools will be secured at point of recruitment and a written agreement will be signed. Teacher and student consent will be obtained at point of data collection. For year 7/8 students, opt-out parental consent will be employed for survey data collection, opt-in parental consent will be employed for focus groups.
