: The ethical issue of the research was approved by Ethics Review Committee of Pharmacy Department, Wollo University (CMHS405/13/11, see additional file ) and an official letter of cooperation was written from Oromiya special zone health department (OZHD545/2011) to all public health facilities where the study was conducted. During the data collection process the information collected from all participants was kept in confidential. The name of participants was coded in the data collection format. Written informed consent was obtained from all study participants before administering the questionnaire.
