: The trial was reviewed and approved by NIMHANS Ethics Committee [(No.NIMHANS/19<sup>th</sup>IEC (BS&NS DIV.)/2019], National Institute of Mental Health And Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore, India on 2019-07-17. The trial was registered at Clinical Trials Registry- India with identification code: CTRI/2019/07/020394 dated 2019-07-29. Informed assent from the participating children and written informed consent from the participating children’s parents/guardians will be obtained before any study procedure. Appropriate permissions will be obtained from the relevant district education authority and school principals for conducting the study.
