: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Xiangya School of Public Health, Central South University (No. XYGW-2020-56). All data analyses will be performed anonymously. Consent to participate in this study was obtained from local governmental departments and agencies, as well as the directors of the preschools in the study sites.
