: Approval from a Swiss Ethics Committee was not legally required for Swiss interviews according to the Swiss Human Research Act (HRA). Yet, the study protocol was evaluated and approved by the Technical University of Munich’s (TUM) ethics committee together with the German study arm (208/20 S). Participants gave their consent to participate verbally prior to each interview. This consent was recorded but no written consent was collected. The TUM ethics committee approved this procedure. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
