: Ethics clearance was obtained from the University of Windsor (REB #16–047<i>).</i> All participants in both the focus groups and individual interviews provided informed consent individually. Written consent was gathered from each focus group participant and verbal consent was audio-recorded for individual telephone interviews. The consent was reviewed with all participants before data collection and participants were given the opportunity to ask questions of the researchers.
