Wollega University Research Ethics Review Committee (WURERC) has approved the study as non-experimental research and the consent procedure (Reference Number: <b>Ref///163 498 / 26</b>). All study participants provided verbal <b>informed consent,</b> according to Ethiopia National Research Ethics Review Guideline. The informed consent was obtained by explaining the purpose of the research, the expected duration of participants' involvement, the extent to which confidentiality will be maintained, expected benefits to the individual as well as the community.
