: The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (CAAE 39574414.3.0000.0065) and by the Ethics Committee of the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo (CAAE 39574414.3.3001.0086). Signed Informed Consent was obtained from older adults and health workers before conducting the assessments. A specific Informed Consent Form was used for audio and image recordings.Illiterate participants gave verbal consent. A next of kin always witnessed the verbal consent and signed the consent form whenever possible.
