: All experimental protocols were approved by The Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia before the recruitment of the subjects (reg no: 1269/UN2.F1/ETIK/2018). Recommendation for research was also obtained from the Provincial Government Board of West Sumatra (Recommendation no: B.070/48-PERIZ/DPM&PTSP/I/2019) and the Padang City Review Board (recommendation no: 200.01.130/Kesbangpol/2019). All participants signed informed consent. The trial was also registered at Protocol Registration and Result System (PRS) as NCT04085874.
