: The study was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency and did not require further ethical approval by the Danish National Committee on Health Research Ethics. Written or oral consent was obtained from each study participant prior to interview and participant observations. In Denmark, the procedure of oral instead of written consent does not require approval from an ethics committee. The information provided to the participants in terms of their right to be informed and their oral consent to participate was recorded digitally. Throughout the study we paid particular attention to the sensitivity of the subject and to ensuring the study participants’ need for privacy and anonymity.
