: Prior to commencement the study was discussed in detail with institutional review board members and with the research governance leads at the University of Southampton, who provided formal confirmation that ethics approval was not required. Ethics approval and consent to participate: Professional Services at the University of Southampton granted Administrative Research Ethics and Quality Assurance (AREQA) approval (reference number 2020/141, 14th October 2020) to carry out this study. Formal ethics permission was not required for this piece of institutional research. To gain approval for participants under 18 years old, written consent was taken from parents and guardians through a consent form and supported by an information sheet. Formal consent was not taken for adults over 18 years old as it is not required for institutional research.
