: The study research protocols were approved by both the Johns Hopkins IRB and the University of Sulaimani IRB. Approval was granted by Kurdish Ministry of Interior, camp directors and local security to ensure enumerator and camp safety prior to all enumeration visits. All interviewers obtained informed consent from adult participants and parent(s)/guardian(s) of all persons interviewed under the age of 16. Personal identifiers were removed during analysis and disaggregated to protect confidentiality. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
