: The original BNLA study was approved by the Australian Institute of Family Studies ethics committee (LSHM 13/03) which is registered with the National Health and Medical Research Council. Approval for researchers of this study to access the database was sought from the Department of Social Services and granted on 19th May 2020. The study has been exempt by the Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee and performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.Informed consent was obtained from all subjects and/or their legal guardian in case of minors or vulnerable people.
