: In China, every high school graduate who apply to college is required to take a physical examination before the national college entrance examination. This study was a retrospective study based on the database of physical examination of college entrance examination using anonymous information and the participants didn’t need to accept any experimental procedure other than physical examination of college entrance examination. Therefore, approvement of ethics committee and informed consent was waived.This study was approved by Hangzhou Education Examination Authority and Hangzhou Education Bureau for protection the right of graduates and rational use of database.
