: The Ghana Health Service (GHS) Ethical Review Committee gave ethical approval [GHS-ERC 023/06/19] for this study. All procedures were performed in accordance with relevant ethical principles and guidelines for medical research involving human subjects. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants above 18 years of age, and also from parents/legal guardians of participants below 18 years of age after informing them about the study’s aim, and the option to decline the request to participate, refuse to answer any question, as well as redraw from the study anytime they wish.
