The study was conducted under strict observation of ethical and professional guidelines. All individuals were provided with information about the study prior to providing verbal consent to participate and the verbal consent procedure was approved by the University of Washington Institutional Review Board. Because the study presented no more than minimal risk of harm to participants and involved no procedures for which written consent is normally required outside of the research context, written informed consent was not obtained.
