: The study was reviewed and approved by the Boston University Institutional Review board on November 4, 2020 (IRB # 40368). Informed consent will be obtained from participants. We have a waiver of written documentation of informed consent because participants have to complete study activities prior to their appointment in the clinic. Therefore, verbal consent will be obtained from participants consenting via phone, with the research assistant. All data will be kept confidential and stored in a secured location on an institutional server, which is backed up daily. Only certain members of the study staff or others designated by the PI will have access to the study data. The study is currently recruiting. Protocol modifications will be reviewed and approved by our Institutional Review Board and communicated to our sponsor, NIDCR.
