: Data were collected by the New England ATTC as part of ongoing quality assurance procedures. All training attendees were invited to complete the optional GPRA form to share demographic information and feedback on their training satisfaction. Prior to completing the optional form, attendees provided electronic informed consent for their data to be used in this manner. Training attendees were identified by a four-digit number and no potentially identifiable information (name, date of birth, address, etc.) were collected; thus, data were fully anonymized. This retrospective analysis was submitted to the Brown University Institutional Review Board: the board determined that this analysis was not human subjects research that required review. The study was conducted in accordance with relevant national and institutional guidelines.
