: An approval for carrying out the study was obtained from the ethics committee at the Baba Jaswant Singh Dental College, Hospital and Research Institute (BJSDC/2616). A willingness to participate in this study was recorded by signing (or thumb impression) an informed consent. For this, each of the potential study participants was detailed about the objective of the study, its benefits to the community and the total questions that needed to be answered. The responders were assured that no personal details will be asked, and they could withdraw from the study anytime during the interview. This information was provided in the questionnaire and was read by the responder (in the case of illiterate responders, the interviewer explained them in their local language) before signing the consent. This procedure for obtaining the informed consent was approved from the ethics committee.
