: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee in Lund, Sweden (Dnr 2018/734). We confirm that all methods were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and all other relevant and required guidelines and regulations for conducting research. Written informed consent to participate and to publish the results within the boundaries of protected confidentiality and anonymity was obtained from both the participants and organizers of Newcomers.
